Face to face Counselling is arranged with the counsellor to take place at at an agreed time and day for a 50 minute period. The location for this can either be at the Riverclinic, or at another venue by special arrangement,
Telephone counselling is a useful way to talk with a counsellor if face to face counselling cannot be arranged or if talking on the phone is a matter of personal preference.
Each session is booked as an appointment in the usual way with the counsellor - i.e. a time an day are arranged when the client will telephone the counsellor for a 50 minute telephone conversation. The session is conducted to exactly the same standards and conditions as a face to face meeting. i.e. Confidentiality, Privacy and adherence to the BACP Framework for Professional conduct and standards.
Payment for the session is by personal cheque or via Paypal.
